I am happy to share an exciting opportunity for a keen individual looking to forge a career within a Bolton based insurance broker company.
This is very much a trainee position suitable for someone with a desire to learn and a willingness to progress towards further professional qualifications.
In this role you will be responsible for providing a first point of contact for any incoming broker related inquiries. You will be required to work flexibly, managing a range of queries within FCA and company guidelines. With an emphasis on providing excellent customer service you will offer technical advice and support via both telephone and email. Strong organisational skills and attention to details is a must for this role.
In order to be a success in this role you must have the following:
* Outstanding customer service (ability to build rapport with customers)
* High attention to detail
* Good organisational skills
* Effective and clear communication (telephone and listening skills)
* Ability to work to individual targets
* Willingness to undertake professional qualification and training
Anyone already possessing some customer service or administration experience would be of a distinct advantage however full training for the role will be provided.
