Sales Support Administrator
Salary: £18,500 + Bonus + Benefits
8.30am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday
All training provided

The RZ Group are working closely with a large Financial Services company based in the Solihull area, they are looking to recruit a Sales Support Administrator on a permanent basis to work within a small specialist team. You will be setting up and maintaining mortgage products together with assisting with marketing campaigns. Other duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate data on introducers
  • Process the registering of professional intermediaries
  • Take responsibility for collating and issuing statistical management information
  • Processing, validating and recording the payment of procuration fees to introducing sources
  • Involvement in the setting up and maintenance of Buy-to-Let and Residential mortgage products
  • Maintenance procedures and records for audit purposes
  • Answer enquiries from internal departments and external companies

Previous financial services and mortgage experience would be beneficial but is not essential, if you are a good team player with attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have the ability to organise and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines you will be a perfect fit for this role.
