Operations Administrator – Mortgages

RZ Group are currently recruiting on behalf of an Award Winning Specialist Mortgage & Finance provider within their Mortgage Business area.
You will support the First Mortgage Business team, you will be highly organised, a confident communicator and have excellent computer skills!
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assisting with marketing campaigns
* Assist with the setting up of mortgage products
* Assisting with the setting up of the mortgage intermediary panel
* Answering queries from internal and external departments
* Collating and recording management information
Key Skills and Experience:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in an office administration environment – ideally financial services.
* Highly organised
* Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Excellent telephone manner
* High level of numeracy
* Knowledge of Mortgage products would be advantageous
* Grade C or above GCSE (Maths and English)
Monday to Friday – 8.30am until 5.00pm – 37 ½ hours per week
