Hire and Sales Coordinator – Commercial Vehicle Hire
Berkeley Heath Location
Permanent position (42.5 hour per week, Monday to Friday – 8.00am – 5.00pm)
Do you have a confident phone manner with an ability to multi task and meet tight deadlines? We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Hire and Sales Coordinator to join a successful Commercial Vehicle Hire team on a full time permanent basis.
You will be responsible for the full hire process, from initial customer enquiry through to delivery and all associated checks and paperwork.
No prior fleet/vehicle hire experience required – Full training provided
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Vehicle hire orders over the telephone
* Promoting the companies services to new and existing customers, generating new business were possible
* Completion of all relevant paperwork
* Updating and maintaining customer database
* To support customer invoicing process
Key Skills and Experience
* Exceptional telephony experience – Ideally will have sales or first point of contact experience
* Highly organised with ability to prioritise and multi task
* Personable approach, ability to build relationships and ability to deal with customers at all levels
* Proficient computer skills
* Must have clean UK driver’s license
