Helpdesk Administrator – Scheduler

Location: Fulwood, Preston
Salary: £18,750
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5pm, Friday 8.30am – 4pm

The RZ Group is currently working closely with an established security company who are looking to add a Helpdesk Administrator – Scheduler to their team. This role will form part of a service delivery team.

You will be responsible for ensuring all faults and customer queries are captured within the helpdesk database, allocated to the relevant engineering team and tracked. Other duties will include:

  • Perform Help desk administration ensuring all customers data is correct
  • Providing excellent Customer Service at all times
  • Provide professional and effective fault resolution when dealing with any customer queries
  • Scheduling appointments and working within a fast paced environment

Experience and skills required

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to complete administration tasks
  • Strong planning & organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Team working as well as working under own initiative
