A reputable legal firm is seeking an Accounts Administrator to join their central Preston Office on an initial, 12 month fixed-term contract with a strong possibility of it becoming a permanent contract for the right person. The ideal candidate must have experience within a Finance department as well as experience in the legal sector.

Key Responsibilities include:

– Processing daily banking
– Processing Bills/Credit Notes/Write Offs
– Posting disbursements to relevant ledgers
– Reviewing completion statements
– Posting and printing cheques

Essential Skills and Experience:

– Minimum 12 months experience within a Finance Department
– Experience of working in a legal environment
– Ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure
– Excellent customer service ethos
