Our client, an established public sector organisation are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join their team based in Newport. This person will assist with the leadership of a newly formed Scrum team. The following skillset is highly desirable:
* Recent experience in a similar role, ideally within the public sector
* Experience of Agile methodologies including Kanban
* Previous experience working as a Scrum Master or possess a recognised Scrum certification
* Knowledge of DevOps
* Experience of day to day running of the delivery team, sprint planning, workflow management & progress plans
