Commercial/Fleet Hire Sales Coordinator – Based in Berkeley Heath, Gloucestershire
Salary to £21,500 depending on experience – Benefits include an Annual Bonus
Monday to Friday – 8.00am to 5.00pm

We are currently recruiting for a Fleet Hire Coordinator to join our Clients expanding business – we are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter who has experience in providing exceptional customer service (phone based) with the ability to build rapport with customers.

Previous experience within a Sales Admin/Coordinator environment within Vehicle Fleet hire would be very beneficial.

The main focus of this role will see you assist in driving forward the hire of Short-term Commercial Vehicles through building relationships with existing and new customers – you will be responsible for the initial Hire enquiry through to Vehicle delivery.

Other elements to this role will include processing all paperwork that relates to the Vehicle hire and Customer – Assisting in organising Drivers to deliver Vehicles – Identifying damage to Vehicles , notifying customers regarding the damage – Updating the Internal Insurance Database and Sales Database.

To be a success in the role you will need to have the following skills/experience:

  • Keen eye for detail
  • Proven sales experience
  • Strong organisation and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent telephone manner with a personable approach
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience working within a Sales/Vehicle Hire business would be very beneficial

NOTE – A Clean UK Drivers License is mandatory
