Account Manager – Hotels

Overview:

RZ Group is actively seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager with a strong understanding of hotels and accommodation providers, they will work in our clients London office, and support ongoing business growth.

The Role:

The successful candidate will deliver in a fast pasted, dynamic working environment. Your primary focus will be to initiate, develop and maintain a high quality portfolio of hotel products. In doing so, you will continuously work with their hotel partners to help them maximize the production potential from their participation in our clients marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

* Hotel coverage and the signing new contracts according to company strategy
* Promote our clients brand name and its online reservation services to hotels
* Maintain best rate parity, availability, and inventory of responsible hotels
* Advise hotels on regular marketing campaigns and promotions
* Data research and analysis (market, product, competitor, price, supplier, etc)

Key Requirements:

* Experience gained in positions within Hotel Sales (or similar)
* Ability to develop current distributors by creating and qualifying leads from potential clients in overseas markets.
* Strong critical thinking and data analysis capability
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Positive and enthusiastic team player
* Champion high levels of customer service

Desirable Skills:

* A background working with/for OTA
* Ability to speak multiple languages
* Previous experience of working with a global company
