Account Manager – Airlines

RZ Group is actively seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Airline Account Manager to work in our clients London office, and support growing their UK business. This role reports to the Airline Director – UK

The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing airline relationships and working with internal departments to achieve business goals. You will ultimately be tasked with developing and expanding local airline performance and partnerships. You will have responsibility for contracting and negotiating airline content and commercials. This role will require you to work locally in the UK and with wider teams on a regional and global basis.

Key Requirements:

* Travel Industry experience from airline/travel agency, distribution and/or sales and marketing
* Knowledgeable of a wide variety of content and markets served from the UK
* Ability to analyze internal and external data to guide commercial decision-making
* Experience working with internal stakeholders to drive commercial objectives
* Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
* Experience developing and implementing initiatives to drive performance with key airline partners.
* Outstanding negotiation skills
* Capable to work independently with minimal supervision
* Results orientated and experience working to strict deadlines
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* London based, willing to travel

Desirable Skills:

* Ability to speak multiple languages
* Experience with analytical/reporting software
* Previous experience of working with a global company
