Our strenuous pre-employment screening (PES) helps to put clients’ minds at ease. We ensure clients meet their compliance requirements when filling vacancies with candidates with the right skills, experience and more importantly, are who they claim to be. Our dedicated compliance team have excellent knowledge and experience in PES policy, reducing the risk for clients whilst meeting PES deadlines. They complete checks on behalf of clients including credit, CIFAS, sanction, passport (including right to work), employment and education referencing, drivers licence, criminal record and more.

Diversity is also a clear priority when it comes to attracting new candidates. We understand the need client’s may have in relation to diversity objectives and work in conjunction to assist in this matter, if and when required.
