We were awarded a managed service agreement for a large financial institution to provide 500 temporary members of staff to work in call centres throughout four business area of the bank. The challenge was employing the large volume of staff required for a three-month period.
Within the managed service agreement, we created and managed a press and radio campaign to attract candidates. A minimum of 150 interviews were held per week in addition to 3 candidate assessment days to ensure we hired the best candidates for the vacancies.
RZ Group managed the contract from start to finish, assisting with staffing issues and managing payroll for the period of the contract.
